High Definition Computed Tomography
(HDCT) reveals complex pediatric lung nodule morphology. HDCT
reconstructions provide high definition images (0.1 mm isotropic voxels)
from the clinical sinogram data, meaning that increased spatial
resolution is achieved without additional radiation exposure. The
ability to visualize and quantify these complex nodule morphologies may
lead to improved diagnoses and minimize the need for surgical biopsy.
